Search official channels such as MyCareersFuture and employers' own careers pages. Our part-time guide lists what to ask before you accept.

Are there genuine work from home jobs in Singapore?

Yes. Customer support, admin, content and many specialist roles can be done from home. Genuine employers pay you for defined work and never ask you to pay to start.

How can I make money at home?

Most people do it through ordinary jobs done from home: part-time employment, freelance projects or contract work. Earnings vary by role, skills and hours, and are not guaranteed.

What is the difference between remote and work from home?

Work from home usually means working from home on agreed hours. Remote means location flexibility, sometimes with an overseas team. Ask which applies.

Are online jobs real?

Many are, such as online tutoring, moderation or support. Check who pays you, get terms in writing and never pay a fee to get started.

What are freelance jobs and do they include CPF?

Freelancers are self-employed. You choose your clients and manage your own CPF contributions, tax and admin. See CPF Board and IRAS for current rules.

Can I request remote or hybrid work from my employer?

Employees can submit a formal flexible work arrangement request and employers are expected to consider it fairly under national guidelines. Approval is not guaranteed.
